Background and Philosophy

Our background is like many others which began with two brothers with a vision and several very clear ideas: perseverance and constancy at work, honesty and professionalism.

There have been two basic phases in our existence: the first lasted until 1992, in which our company’s offices were in calle Sapporo nº 6, Alcorcón (Madrid), during which time it operated with the entity JENASA, S.A.; and the second, from 1992 to date, in which for reasons of space we moved to our new, central offices at Avda. de Portugal nº2, Alcorcón (Madrid) and formed a new Entity called JESÚS NAVARRO CONSULTORES Y ASESORES, S.L. (GRUPO JENASA).

Over this time, the experience which we have built up and above all the need for services which our clients are increasingly requesting from us, have resulted in the various professional departments being created in our Group.

The development of our infrastructures have been adapted until they now consist of five offices in the Community of Madrid, communicating over an intranet and equipped with the latest technologies in IT, telephony and all the means which are now necessary to develop our business in terms of quality and speed required by our clients.

PHILOSOPHY

The basic principle of our existence has been maintained since our origin: work, honesty and professionalism.

We continually operate around these three concepts whilst striving to enable both the personnel in the JENASA GROUP and our CLIENTS who make it their “raison d’être” to benefit from security and the peace of mind of belonging to an organisation which works each day to grow. To achieve this, it provides the group’s professionals with training and the possibility to specialise, plan, organise and become computerised; whilst offering its clients personal attention, professionalism, service quality, honesty, seriousness, flexibility, responsibility and experience.

Our philosophy is simple: we are what our clients think we are. As such, our aim is to achieve the highest level of satisfaction between them and the highest possible degree of loyalty. There is only one way to bring this about: by working hard and persevering.
