This office will represent the interests of clients in whatever deeds or interventions are authorised under the Law, such as SMAC (mediation, arbitration and conciliation service), reconciliation proceedings, etc.

The sums paid for supplements and expenses incurred during the proceedings can be recovered in the event of the other party being condemned to pay the costs.

In out-of-court claims for the purposes of complaining about quantities, the client will be allocated a percentage of the quantity recovered.

In the event of legal proceedings for a claim over quantities, allocations will be made in accordance with the following list:
	Claim of 1 to 400,000 PTAS, 25%.
	Claim of 400,001 to 800,000 PTAS, 20%.
	Claim of over 800,001 PTAS, 15%.
