Data should be accurate and up-to-date.
Data should be cancelled when it ceases to be necessary.
Prohibition of data collection by fraudulent, unfair or
illicit means.
SPECIFICALLY PROTECTED DATA
IDEOLOGY, TRADE UNION AFFILIATION, RELIGION OR BELIEFS.
No one can be obliged to declare this, except where the
person involved has given their express, written consent.
Notify the interested party of their right to not make a
declaration.
